At Animate, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our system.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
